At UK Property Finance, we are always involved in the processing and administration side of a large and varied volume of bridging loan applications and we are very familiar with the individual requirements of each of the lenders we work with on a one-to-one level. This means that we are able to source, process and complete individual property finance solutions quickly and efficiently.
Each case is handled internally by a dedicated case manager, working alongside a qualified administration team, with each individual case being reviewed for action at least twice a day. When working with us, you will always have a single point of contact who will be responsible for managing your case from beginning to end.
Commission is always paid on the day of completion, which is normally before we have received our own payment and our introducers get the same percentage (or more) than an average broker would expect to receive if they approached the lender directly themselves.
When you work with us as an introducer of business, you can rest assured that we will never cross sell to your client or try to contact them without your knowledge unless you ask us to. Although we sometimes handle the entire process on behalf of our introducers, the level of interaction we share with your client will be based on your preference. It is our promise that your client will always remain your client.
